Rib Crib - Midwest City

My family and I frequent this RibCrib location and always have a great time. Tonight, we enjoyed a nice dinner with our kids and loved the delicious food. The service here is always good and the food is well worth the price.

I went for lunch after church on a Sunday. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the large group of about 20 people got our food, despite the big portion sizes. The food was delicious. The restaurant was very busy, so the wait staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at times.

I have been frequenting this restaurant for the past few months and have noticed an improvement in the service with each visit. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and my order is always accurate. Last month, I visited during a weekend after a winter storm, and despite the snowy and icy conditions, the service was exceptional. Normally, I avoid going out in such weather because of the poor customer service I have experienced at other places. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received at this restaurant. The staff thanked me for coming in, prepared my order quickly and perfectly, and even wished me a great day and a safe journey home. This level of hospitality has made this restaurant my go-to spot, and I make sure to tip generously. Keep up the excellent work and positive attitudes!

Slab of ribs left out of our Memorial Day $99 package. Unable to return to restaurant due to miles away from for BBQ. Returned to restaurant on the way home and was prepared to argue but manager was GREAT. He helped us and even gave us a side extra.

Service was great. Food was good. Don't rely on their online menu as it does not match the restaurant for items or prices
