Very kind staff, giving quick answers and with a smile. Although the hotel is not in the center. From the hotel's central location, the trips to anywhere took up to 15 minutes. Breakfast is served every day 06:00-10:00. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and comfortable. View all feedback.

This was not as good of a stay as most Hampton Inn Hotels. The elevator didn't work, and we were on the 3rd floor. That was not fun at all. The indoor swimming pool was so cold the kids didn't want to swim. The room was really nice though and the breakfast was one of the better ones. View all feedback.

Would not recommend staying here if you have children. Tried to have 2 small slumber parties for 2 of our daughters and swimming before. They first kicked us out of the pool saying there were too many people in the pool even though we had called before and were told 6 people per room could be in the pool. Then proceeded to tell us we couldn 't stay in the rooms we paid for unless it was only 2 adults and 1 child per room. Upon requesting a refund since we were unable to meet their unrealistic made up rules we were informed we could not get a refund due to already being in the room and enjoying the pool. We checked in at 3 it was 5:30. Our children had been in the pool all of 20 minutes. The young girl who was working the desk told us we had ten minutes to even sing our children happy birthday and if we weren 't out in 10 minutes the cops would be called. So now we are out $200 and got the worst service ever experienced in a hotel. Will never attempt to stay here again.
Staying here for a couple of days for work and by far one of the best Hilton properties at its price. The manager that works the evening shift is really thorough and amazing at his job. I checked in with him when I first arrived my first night, but didn’t even need to as I had already checked in on the app and got my digital key. On my last night here, when I stepped outside (just a few minutes ago as of this review), I saw him checking the parking lot to make sure everything was safe snd secure. Since I have a work van with many tools in it, it’s good to know he is checking to make sure no one is up to no good. Besides that, the room was extremely clean and quiet, so I know the housekeeping is on top of their game as well. The breakfast is the usual for Hampton Inn, but it was definitely the freshest breakfast I’ve had so far (even at 9am) and all the employees I came across said good morning and were really nice. Only complaint for me was the bed is a bit on the firmer side for my liking, but that is just my preference.
We had to stay here overnight while we were moving and it wasn’t what we expected but it wasn’t bad either. The room was tiny but the service was great and the front desk lay on the morning was super sweet! Thank you ma’am!
