Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Worst customer service that I have had in a long time! Order was short one meal, when I went back to get it I got to watch all the employees blame each other. Once they finally produce the missing meal, they flat out told me that they don’t believe it was missing but they were going to give me the “missing” meal anyways. Absolutely ridiculous.

I don’t know why this place exists. Frozen chicken tenders in a microwave are every bit as good. Soggy and chewy. The complimentary toast has to be Wonder bread. Go get chicken nuggets from McDonald’s or out of the freezer at Winco. This place sucks.

Went thru the drive though to pick up a online order, it took the drive through person like 2 mins to figure out what I was talking about. Tyej pulled forward and wasn't greeted and rook there time with my order, mind you it said it would be ready in 15 mins and took almost 30 mins.

Seasoned chicken and fries, good sauce choices and delicious sweet tea. Personally I prefer Zaxby’s even over Cane’s. But the service was good, line was quick and establishment looked

The chicken is really fresh and the staff are extremely helpful and kind.
