peanut butter bacon cheeseburger was eh. burger patty juicy and full of flavor but im just not convince you can pair peanut butter with cheddar cheese. shake just tasted like a milder peanut butter. nothin bacon about it, but still delicious. View all feedback.

I placed my order online, not in the app as I’m not a huge fan of downloading a ton of apps I don’t use on my phone. Ordered online for a deal they had. I ordered at the resturaunt so my food wouldn 't get cold then checked in by telling them about my order. 45 minutes went by then i reminded them of my order and they brought me some cold food. I requested my order be remade and they tried to decline stating i didn 't check in properly. They remade my order after a 2nd request to have it remade

The shake was fine and normal, but I didn’t appreciate being yelled at about checking in on the app when I didn’t even have the app.
The girl at the intercom was not listening to what I wanted and then began giving attitude. once they brought it out I told it her that the order was wrong then went inside and I waited 30 minutes for someone to come out and ask what was going on. They had people going in and out of the building the whole time as they had a line behind me waiting on food as well. Once I said to cancel the order, she gave more attitude and told me to leave. I will surely not come back here again.
The website states that it opens at 8 am . I went today and around 802 and was the only customer I pressed the button then waited for about 3 minutes then got a person to take my order , this person did ask if I could give them a few more minutes I had to leave for work by 810 so I told them I could wait till 810 around 811 I pushed the button again to cancell my order that was just a drink , and Marina did say she would be right out and she was . I have been to Sonic in other states and had the same thing happen their opening hours don't reflect when they actually will serve you I am not upset about it if I didn't have to be to work across town at 830 it would have been OK I just think it would be better if your hours actually reflected when you are open so those that are on a work schedule can choose not to go sit there .Plus other locations give half price drinks before 10 am I was charged full price. I love this Sonic I go a few times a week I will continue to go but not in the morning when I have work my business is not allowed to open late like that.
