We also nee... read more The mac and cheese was tasty, but it was served cold, likely because it was toward the end of the night and they weren't preparing any fresh dishes. We also needed to ask for extra dressing for the salad, but the staff seemed to ignore me. The only person who paid attention and assisted was a staff member cleaning the floors. Additionally, the BBQ sauce bottles appeared to have gone uncleaned all day, and the restrooms looked like they hadn't been maintained at all. This might just be a location-specific issue, but I'm not sure if I will return again.

However, we strongly advise against visiting during peak hours, as you might not have a pleasant experience. By the way, they blocked me from posting a review after my last negative one. We ordered the extra everything nachos, but all we got were chips with hardly anything on them, and there was no ranch with our wings.
