What Helga Larkin doesn't like about Midvale Mining Cafe:
Was my first time here and heard good things from my husband so was excited to try. However, the menu seemed pretty limited as far as menu items. All the pasta choices only had 1 sauce, marinara. read moreThe Midvale Mining Co. restaurant offers a variety of menu options with some mixed reviews. Some customers found the menu limited and the food underwhelming, with complaints about taste and service. Others enjoyed the comfort food offerings, generous portions, and friendly atmosphere with unique mining memorabilia. The scones are consistently highlighted as a standout item. The restaurant has a nostalgic vibe that adds to the experience, making it a good stop for those looking for classic American comfort food at a decent price. The breakfast items, in particular, receive positive reviews for taste and portion size. Overall, the Midvale Mining Co. is a popular spot for locals and visitors alike, despite some inconsistencies in food and service quality.
