I went in for a coffee, and decided to get a BLT, which looked pretty good on the board. When I bit into it, found that there was no bacon..A simple mistake, ea... read more I went in for a coffee, and decided to get a BLT, which looked pretty good on the board. When I bit into it, found that there was no bacon..A simple mistake, easily rectified? When I mentioned the omission to the person behind the counter, I was told that a BLT did not have bacon! I pointed to the awesome looking photo on the wall, and showed him the tiny pile on the counter, sans bacon!I then asked him what he thinks the "B" was short for in a BLT? BUN! yes, BUN was the answer...I wasn't aware of this and suggested that a BLT with Bacon could be a winner!! I asked him if I could get Bacon in my, Bun Lettuce and Tomato breakfast? Without an apology, he turned around and asked someone in the assembly area to add Bacon. He handed it to me without a word. Easy? I thanked him, left, got to my car and drove to work. When I opened my BBLT, found that the almost, but not quite acceptable wafer thin sliver of Tomato that had originally been in my Bun, had indeed been replaced by a tiny little slice from the end of a sad tomato!! I threw the BBL (sans T), in the bin, as that was the only thing that would accept it....HAHAHA, Jokes on me I guess..The coffee, on the other hand, from the McCafe counter was awesome!I stopped buying Mac food years ago, for a similar reason, so I guess McDonalds, if nothing else has been consistent over the years...Wake up Maccas, make an effort to serve SOMETHING that looks like the photos, as what you are doing IS false and misleading..Mmmm, I think I'll go back to the little corner Deli for something edible!

Always clean and tidy, fresh food and supports the community. Staff was plesant and friendly, can handle big groups. The food was incorrect, so I requested a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement also came out wrong, so I asked for another one. Hoping for a better outcom... read more The food was incorrect, so I requested a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement also came out wrong, so I asked for another one. Hoping for a better outcome on the third try, but once again it was incorrect. At that point, I decided to just give up as I had had enough.
