Firehouse Subs Ft Union - Midvale

I love firehouse subs, a great choice for sandwiches that is a bit higher quality than subway. Employees are nice enough and the food is good. My favorite sandwich is the brisket, and the pickles are a nice touch.

Sandwiches. Not much else. Go in, order, take home, eat. They meet my expectation.

We normally are very pleased with everything when we go here for lunch. This last time was a bit disappointing in that the staff neglected the dining area, wiping and sanitizing the tables and sweeping the floor. I filled out a survey so I am hoping we won't have that problem in the future. 2 months later: I had received a response from the owner, Natalie Morris, apologizing for my experience. It was filthy I had to wipe my own table the employees just laughed. Garbages chuck full. Food was ok I’d recommend East Coast or Philadelphia

I've gone to this Firehouse once a week for about about a month now and it's been delicious everytime. The guys working at night are very nice and make really good sandwiches!
