Epic Casual Dining - Midvale

Epic was good. eating was good, but not great. we were not here for one, and we were a tad disappointed as we were in their sister restaurant hoof and vine use.

Perfect venue for a quiet celebration. New years menu was just right. The only thing I would change is the amount of wine for the courses served.

Eating and ambiente was amazing as always! service, not so much! our server was crunchy with our party of 6 of the moment when she went to our table to welcome us. it was clear she didn't want us there. of the eye rolls when we asked to comment on the need to re-read our bills because we wanted to dessert. we were not offered dessert, but she argued that she did. when we asked another employee whether our server manager is and we didn't say it. obviously she was told about our conversation because she came to the table with even more attitude. we were told by her that she was managerin and that she had added our tickets gratitude that she was a wut and we were difficult. the restaurant was not packed and they were not understaffed yet, but we were told that because of kovid and understaffing is why we were difficult. It's not okay to talk to him or treat him like that. in my experience about the years with epic was the service great.

I love Epicure! They have great food and the prices are very reasonable. They also had awesome live music last night! I highly recommend them.

One of the best restaurants out there. one of our current nightspots.
