They need to get rid of the new kiosk system. Its garbage. My food today (Nov 10) was completely wrong. Wrong meat, and no sauce, I usually order a 7-8 so you can imagine how integral that is. There were 2 other customers, who also used the kiosk, so it wasn 't busy . I did not receive what I ordered, yet again. The portions of cabbage, noodles, and rice were incredibly small, and they completely left out half of the meat I requested. I've ordered from the Taylorsville location a few times, and they've always missed something, but this time was the worst.
I have to admit, I'm completely obsessed with this place. I love the noodles combined with the vegetables and rice. Their chicken is fantastic as well—my favorite is the Korean-style BBQ chicken. It’s sweet, savory, juicy, and absolutely delicious!
I ordered two koko sticks but only received one, and that one is burnt to a crisp—completely inedible. Additionally, the koko bop and rock bop orders were only filled halfway when they are usually packed to the top. I'm really disappointed with my experience this time!
