#29 - Fast Food - Midvale, Burgers, Desserts

Reviews summary

Culver's has received mixed reviews from customers. While some were disappointed with the processed bun and mistakes in their orders, others praised the quality of the food, especially the Butterburger and frozen custard. The restaurant offers a step up from traditional fast food chains like McDonald's, with fresh ingredients and less greasy options. Overall, Culver's is worth a try for those looking for a quick and tasty meal, but may not be everyone's top choice for a dining experience.

Eating was actually quite good, better than what I expected. the only problem that I had is that they have made a mistake on 2 of my commands, and the person who seemed to be the layer supervision seemed really somehow ignorant. I told him they had forgotten to add senf, ketchup and mayo to my burger. he did not apologize and only asked if I wanted to pack packages of these condiments instead of taking back the sandwich and picking up them as he should have. this happened during a slow time in loading. I could understand if the load was busy, but it wasn't. the only reason I will go back is that eating is really good.

Decent fast food. I’m pretty the second riverrunner’s review.

Good Fast Food. I had Culver's in my hometown so it was nice to see it come here. It is fast food, but it's so much better than McDonald's or Wendy's. They have good burgers and great onion rings. Worth a try for a quick bite to eat.

Bleh. They messed up my order so I had to wait. The bun was dry and processed. The veggies were above average. The beef was adequate. My burger just wasn't fresh. All in all, my meal was on par with Arctic Circle. I will probably come back to try their custard but I don't think I would return otherwise.

Not bad. It 's a step up from McDonald 's, but not as good as I was hoping it would be. Their Butterburger bun tasted a bit processed, though the vegetables and meat were fresher than your usual fast food joints. I also liked that their food is less greasy than some others like In-n-Out have become. But their crinkle cut fries were blah, onion rings as well. Their Sourdough Melt was small and flavorless. It was an okay meal, but nothing to write home about. I 'll have to try their frozen custard next time. But as is, Culver 's is barely in the like column for me.

The drive-thru experience at this restaurant is incredibly frustrating. If you order just ice cream, you might actually receive it before it melts. However, if you order both ice cream and food, you'll end up with something resembling a milkshake. The food takes so long to arrive that your once thick and delicious milkshake ends up turning into a watery mess.

Fantastic dining experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I appreciate how well they handle my gluten-free dietary restrictions.

The burger was amazing! My friends and I also tried the custard, and it was delicious. There were some interesting people around, but the food definitely made it worth it. ❤️

Great food, the only thing that makes me not want to come back is having to buy one pack of sauce. Anywhere I've worked, you get 1 sauce for each item you buy. Seems very greedy to me.

When you buy fries you have to pay for fry sauce.Put it in the price of fries. Makes me not want to give you my Business.

They couldn?t even be bothered to give me a top bun, let alone more than 6 strands of lettuce. The shake was also warm and soupy. The fries were practically child sized. To complete the package, the teenagers all looked like they?d rather be dead thanwork there, with no higher end management in sight. Avoid!

Waited over 5 minutes for a single root beer shake. There was nobody else in the lobby waiting for food. There was however a group of kids (I guess workers? standing over on the ice cream bar chit chatting. Oh, and one decided he would just havehimself some ice cream. Oh ya, I was still waiting for mine.

Lights were on fifteen minutes before close. Sat in drive thru for ten minutes then found out they were closed after a line of people blocked us from getting out. No sign saying they were closed google says they are supposed to be open. There signs saythey are open as well. We will no longer be going to Culver's i really never get very good service here anyway. Next visit theymessed up my order twice.

Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes as the lobby was closed and there was a line already but we love the food so we waited assuming that you where short staffed as everyone seems to be. Got our order, my salted caramel cashew mixer was a Carmelsundae, and with cherries?, so disappointed. Then they forgot our onion rings so we had to pound on the door to get theirattention. The wonderful drive thru chick brought them out and was then locked out of the store by 2 male employees. Veryunprofessional and she was upset. It took us an hour to get food and then to see your employees horsing around. It's no wondermy order was messed. I asked for her to repeat it and she got it right but yet the food was wrong. I order garden salads withranch and I got chicken cashew salads without dressing. The only one that seemed to be doing there job was the drive thrugirl.wish I would have gotten her name.

This was HORRIBLE! Expensive ridiculous, you can get $1 $2 burgers anywhere that are bigger better than these $5 $7 burgers! The first pic is a $6 sourdough melt as you can see its not thick sourdough or sourdough at all! Its a thin piece of whitebread with a small slice like literally 1 slice of Arbys meat (not the pile 1 slice! As you can tell its hard to find themeat, and no flavor a little salt would be ok. Same prob with mushroom patty melt try to find the patty! Its almost paperthin, full of grease gross (my 6 year old wouldn 't eat it! Judging by the line of cars we were in the drive thru for nokidding 36 minutes! i figured they would at least be good, especially with the prices, but even the large fry was a small baghalf full! Wgat in the world!!! The only reason for the 2 stars instead of 1 is because the shakes were absolutely delicious! And the staff was friendly, but DEFINITELY not worth the money! So sad!
