I took my club basketball team here for a team dinner and I was extremely pleased with everything. We had 2 wonderful young ladies as our servers and they were awesome. What autumn a doesn't like about Buca Di Beppo:
It was our first time going to this restaurant and it was a big disappointment! Our lasagna that we got was cold on the inside and it tasted 2 days old. So we spent $42 dollars for cold and disgusting food. We won't be going back ever. View all feedback.
We were seated in the kitchen area and had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to our incredible waitress, Rebbecca! I absolutely enjoyed Bucca di Beppo, and I'm looking forward to going back soon!
Similar to its other locations, this Buca restaurant has a distinctive decor that combines classic Italian elements with a fun, kitschy twist. The portions are generous and the food is delicious, particularly the bread, pasta, and chicken dishes. The desserts are also quite enjoyable, although I wasn’t impressed with the salad. During our last visit, we observed that most of the high chairs had broken straps, which made it take nearly thirty minutes for the staff to find two safe ones for our eleven-month-olds. Since this is a family-friendly establishment, I would recommend that they replace the high chairs to ensure that families can have a smoother dining experience with their babies.
My wife reached out to Buca's management regarding this issue, and we learned that the lasagna was actually frozen. Frozen! I could have simply bought a Stouffer's frozen lasagna from the grocery store for a fraction of the cost. It was really disappointing to have spent good money on what ended up being a frozen meal.

The salad was a little unusual and didn't sit well with my stomach. On the positive side, the pasta was delicious, and the garlic bread was superb. The colossal brownie sundae was a standout, especially the combination of chocolate ice cream and brownie, and it came with plenty of whipped cream. Overall, the service was exceptional, the ambiance was charming, and there were plenty of great photo opportunities.
