The employee at the window truly set an example of how more people should be. Despite having plenty of reasons to have a tough night, he remained positive, lifted my spirits, and handled everything professionally. He quickly prepared my food, maintained eye contact, and made the best of a difficult situation. His name starts with a W, and he was working the night shift. I visited this restaurant and found the customer service at the front to be excellent. However, the person making sandwiches had a bit of an attitude when I changed my order just seconds after placing it. I enjoyed my meal at the time, but a few hours later, I experienced what felt like severe food poisoning—one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I won't be returning to this location. I asked for a classic Arby's roast beef with fries and some turnovers. What I got was a beef and cheddar and I can't stand cheese so it was just nasty and I only realized it halfway home because I was in such a hurry. But I wish I would have gotten my order decent because I couldn't eat what I got.
First, it was fast, but more importantly this location has the best quality of food I’ve been to in years which makes it very memorable and stand out. The dining area was very clean as well.
It's Arby's. The food is decent. I have to mention that this particular location seems to be putting in the effort. The interior was very clean, and the service was prompt.
