I walked in around 12:30 AM, grabbed some chips and cough drop... read more I had the worst customer service experience at 7-Eleven. The staff member couldn't speak English. I walked in around 12:30 AM, grabbed some chips and cough drops, and as I was checking out, the attendant suspiciously asked about my pouch on my hood. When I responded by asking what was in his pocket, he assumed I had stolen something. I urged him to call the cops and check the camera footage, but he got scared and refused. It’s clear that employees need better training to handle such situations. I won't be returning anytime soon.
