What is it with Carl's places? They're always either too slow or not responding or who knows what else... Another location that on 11/1/22 around 1230 am was open and had employees inside but nobody was respondent in the drive thru. This company is getting worse and worse, they need to improve on their customer service end big time. Ended up going to McDonald's. They actually HAD customers at this hour. View all feedback.
Every time I get food at this Carlsjr the food is fresh I like my food hot. The lines are usually not too long so it is very convenient for me. The drive threw peoples are also always friendly and take the time ot listen. I always have to have some suace with my food and they’re not stingy with it like other places would highly recommend everyone to go here.
Thank you TJ and Vincent. Great service and fresh burgers for it being late night and a drive through. You know you’ll get fresh meal rather than something stale.. highly recommend if your looking for something late.. they will get you right!!
Staff is amazing good customer care food was worth it
