The meat... read more The lamb shank is soaked in rosemary, garlic, and red wine overnight and baked in pizza oven for six to eight hours. Bye bye salad, hello comfort food. The meat literally fell off the bone and it took every ounce of self restraint I had not to lick the gravy off the plate, so I used the crispy potato wedges to soak it up instead.
