The ice cream here is absolutely delicious, featuring fantastic flavors! The location at Westchester Commons is ideal, providing plenty of parking. The customer service is excellent, making it a wonderful place to enjoy time with family and kids.
The highlight of Sweet Frog is definitely the original tart flavor. This specific location in West Chester Commons excels at maintaining a fresh variety of toppings, and the freshly cut mango always seems to be perfectly ripe.
I would have appreciated an option for ice cream; it seemed like everything was yogurt-based. The toppings were great, and the cashier was very friendly. However, the signs on the door about masks and requiring customers to wear gloves are quite off-putting and make me hesitant to return. Also, there's a typo on the pinpad that says "Chashier" instead of "cashier." It’s the little things that matter. I’ll likely choose to go to places that don’t have such strict rules about gloves and masks.
We went this past Saturday evening. It appeared only 1 lady was working, and I wish I could remember her name. She was very kind, friendly, and helpful. We'll choose this location next time, as opposed to the one closer to pur house because the ladywas so sweet.
Would have liked to have ice cream option, think it all was yogurt type. Toppings were good. Cashier was nice. Seeing the signs on door about masks and forcing gloves on customers is a big turnoff to me returning. On pinpad it says ?Chashier? , should saycashier. Little things. I?ll probably stick to places that don?t hassles about gloves and masks .
