The soup portions are small. When you order a bowl of soup, it arrives in a large bowl but contains only the same amount as a smaller cup of soup. The sandwiches, bread, and desserts are all quite good. However, be careful when picking up your order, as two items were missing when we retrieved ours. They resolved the issue, but it's a good idea to double-check your order. The location is convenient, and there is ample parking available.
Unfortunately, when we got home, we discovered that they had included only one sandwich instead of the two we ordered. After checking the receipt, we saw it correctly listed just one sandwich, indicating that the cashier must not have heard us properly when we placed our order. It might be helpful for the cashier to repeat the order back to customers, allowing for any necessary corrections.
Food was great. Service was pretty good. Restaurant was cold and dirty. Outside patio was dirty. Dishes piled up at the drop off and they weren't even busy.
If you have any dietary restrictions, don?t waste your time with this location. I am vegan and ordered a Baja Bowl with no feta or yogurt. I went inside to get it corrected because it came with no corn/black bean salsa, which I was relying on for protein. They told me they didn?t have any black bean corn salsa but they could make me something else and refund me. Then I waited 45minutes for a Mediterranean sandwich with no feta on sourdough bread. When I asked about it, one of the staff shouted across theroom that they didn?t have half of the ingredients for my sandwich. I tried to leave, but they asked me to stay because theywould make it. When I finally got my sandwich and walked to my car, it had feta on it. I went back inside to give it back andthey told me they gave me the wrong one and passed me a new one. I just finally got home and this sandwich also has feta. If Ihad an allergy to dairy and took a bite before checking, I would have had a serious medical emergency. This location does nottake dietary restrictions seriously and will waste two hours of your day to try to convince you otherwise. I work in arestaurant myself and I appreciate some of the female staff for being kind and polite to me while they tried to fix themistakes, but the lack of communication in the kitchen is very apparent. I will not be returning to Panera in Midlothian.
