However, we had to wait a bit before the staff acknowledged us, even though there was only one car in the drive-thru. It felt like we were interrupting their conversation, and they weren't very welcoming. On a brighter note, the restaurant was clean.

I'm not sure what has gone wrong, but they either rarely have chicken or sides available, or the chicken that does get served is mushy and unappealing. Furthermore, the sweet tea consistently tastes like it's been left out for days.

I’ve heard that at many other locations, you either can’t get it or have to wait 15 to 20 minutes. This is my favorite spot for tasty, hot, and easily accessible crunchy chicken. On top of that, KFC serves some of the best coleslaw I’ve ever had!

This is by far the worst KFC I've visited in the whole country! I ordered original chicken but ended up with extra crispy, which I did not want, and it was overcooked. The service was also disappointing. The only redeeming part of my order was the sides. This isn’t my first time having a bad experience here, and I’ve given them too many chances to improve. I won’t be returning to this location. I’m really disappointed and frustrated that they can’t do better!

I placed a large takeout order online on a Sunday morning for some surprise guests, and the food was prepared much quicker than I expected. As I stopped at a light, a young man ran through the heavy rain to tap on my window and let me know they had forgotten an item. That kind of dedication to service is rare nowadays, and I’m very grateful to the two staff members who made my rainy Sunday so much better!
