Why would a customer... read more HorI only wish I could give zero stars. Apparently the ignorant staff thinks it's acceptable to not have chicken at Kentucky fried chicken. Why would a customer expect to get chicken there. They stop making fresh food two hours before close. If you go an hour or less before closing you get whatever is left. Hard buns, dry Cole slaw, gravy with a bonus skin on top and whatever chicken is left.

The food is not fresh and poo... read more This KFC location is the worst I have ever been to. The customer service is terrible, with one staff member having a bad attitude. The food is not fresh and poorly cooked, especially the undercooked and terrible apple bites. The chicken tasted off, as if the recipe had changed. We ordered a chicken sandwich but received undercooked tenders on a bun without being informed that they were out of sandwiches. I do not recommend going to this location. They should consider closing it and hiring new staff. The long wait is not worth the time.
