Wh... read more I had a terrible experience at a Hardee's on Saturday, October 22, around 5:30 PM. After placing my order, I ended up waiting five minutes in the drive-thru. When I received the fries, they were old, greasy, and completely unappetizing, so I decided to return them. Since I was in a rush, I left without getting a replacement, only to find that my mushroom Swiss burger was thrown in the box without any wrapping and was drenched in grease and gravy. Thankfully, I was short on time, or I would have gone back in to confront the cook. It was clear that the person preparing the food didn't care about quality—this is something everyone should know better than to do. I plan to escalate this issue as far as necessary.

As I listened to other customers discussing their orders, it became clear that the restaurant was out of food and running low on gravy, which resulted in a lot of confusion and frustration. The whole situation felt chaotic, and it seemed like the drive-thru staff were rushing to send customers away rather than addressing their concerns. Unfortunately, this was the worst customer service I've ever encountered at this Hardee's, and I believe the manager should be replaced, as there was a noticeable lack of customer service skills. Many customers, myself included, were left waiting for our breakfasts while the employees continued to push us through the line without resolution. I think it's important for someone to look into this issue, as Hardee's is currently not projecting a positive image in terms of customer service. I regret having to bring this up, but it reflects the situation I experienced.

One suggestion for management: it would be great to power wash the drive-thru window and the area around it. Apart from that, the food is fantastic, and the staff were friendly and efficient!

I placed an online order and it allowed me to customize everything, including the sauce. The app notified me that my order was ready for pick-up, but when I got there, I ended up waiting 24 minutes. I was told to wait for the pies, which was fine. But I never received my food! After that, I was instructed to pull around, and when I finally got my order, everything was cold. The only thing I was happy with was the lemonade. The service was excruciatingly slow, and despite the wait, my order was still incorrect. Everything in the bag was ice cold, which is really disappointing. Honestly, I just want a refund, but I know that won’t happen. So here I am, leaving this review because I'm upset that I have to reheat my food just to eat it.

However, I decided to stop by for breakfast and went through the drive-thru. Everything was wonderful! The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit was tasty, the hash browns were excellent, and the sweet tea was refreshing.
