I'm not happy with my experience in this fireworks. I went in to get a quick support during my lunch break and the service was HORRIBLE. When I got my steak and cheese, it was cold. Then this brown haired young lady was very rude for me. If it were, I could give this place a zero. Not GO HERE!!!!

Don't worry. Firehouse Store #649 at 12059 Southshore shops. This place is regrettable and is a violation of the health code. The franchise owner Moses employs high school students who have not been properly trained in hygiene or how to remove gloves between the preparation of food and the handling of the register, cash or other surfaces properly. There are many other places to spend your hard earned money that 't potentially give you food poisoning and/or another disease from the lack of food. I managed to make it a ZERO that it's not an OP.

Great sandwich and great staff. Was immediately greeted and the food prepared in a reasonable time. Quality was high.

It was amazing to enter and staff welcomed you. I ordered a Philly and cheese it really not many ingredients on it.. I'm not sure you can add... it just didn't have the taste. I'll definitely look at it. But great job guys. ? best atmosphere I was in VA

I really love this place and the fact that it offers gluten-free sub bread. Very much appreciate that. I do wonder though what their rate of pay is because the workers seem less than thrilled to be there at times. I?m curious about the cleaning schedule of the soda machine since it very often seems to be covered with soda splatter. I asked and the person was somewhat vague. That being said, the sodas offered are really awesome since there?s a bunch of different flavors to choose from on the fancy touch screen. Overall, they do a fairly good job and we go here pretty regularly.
