I wil... read more Absolutely terrible service, and the manager, Tom, was no help at all. He has a terrible attitude and constantly makes excuses for his favorite employees. I will never return after what happened today. It's worth the drive to Crestwood for excellent service and a friendly smile instead of negativity.

Went yesterday June 30th and only the owner was working. Went to the drive thru and finally said anyone there, he said yes and drive up. My daughter warned me h... read more Went yesterday June 30th and only the owner was working. Went to the drive thru and finally said anyone there, he said yes and drive up. My daughter warned me he is always rude and is the owner at this point. He was short and had a scalding demeanor . I ordered and he limped around and made the order. I gave him my phone to scan and the coupon wasn 't removed. I told him if he could type it in and he started screaming at me, I scan and if it doesn 't work too bad, give me your money. I told him I didn 't want it (the order) and he continued to scream at me and demand my money. I told him he was so rude and would not buy the order and that is why he is working alone and probably talks to his staff like that. Got my money and returned the order. never had issues with his staff, only him but won 't give that location my money. Rudest person ever to start screaming immediately and demand my money.
