When our company placed a large order for an event, I was very w... read more I have had a strong dislike for this specific location for years because of their poor service. When our company placed a large order for an event, I was very worried to find out it was at this location. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I went to pick up the order on Saturday morning and found everything prepared perfectly. Tara, the new general manager, was absolutely on top of her game, and the staff who assisted in carrying everything to my car were also great. I'm really glad Duncan has finally found the right manager to improve this store. I highly recommend giving them another chance under Tara's new leadership.

My doughnuts were fresh, even though it was early afternoon.
