I'm totally excited. I ordered eating of uber eaten was in shock when my sausage was still raw! this is not just a little raw/underboiled. that felt like it just got browned outside.
Impressed how the staff is so friendly. Very clean restrooms and restaurant. Nice store to shop prior to entering eating area. A great place to purchase hard to find items. The food is great and moderately priced. We had the catfish and chicken fried steak. The house salads are nothing short of fantastic and a meal in itself.
The food and service was really good. The only problem I had was I ordered the catfish with 3 sides. I got coleslaw, green beans and steak fries. I got 6 steak fries and the server said that was an order. I paid for an extra side only I felt cheated. The green beans and the coleslaw were in little bowls on the plate. I enjoy eating fish but 6 fries was not what I had in mind. The portions have definitely gotten smaller. I am not going to spend another $3.00 for 6 more fries.
My husband and I love CB Friday fish fry! So delicious! And great staff .. work together well! Call ahead seating and ask for Cassandra, she is super sweet and so kind and friendly. Quick in and out for us. We do like to go early4:30/5 for quickest service!
I always have a pleasant experience coming to this Cracker Barrel location. It was a busy morning the last time I visited, but doing a little shopping helped pass the time. Our meal was excellent as usual and the service was very prompt.
At this restaurant, patrons rave about the delicious food and the warm, attentive staff who create a welcoming atmosphere. Despite these strengths, many customers express frustration with long wait times for both tables and food, especially when dine-in orders seem to be overlooked in favor of takeout. The ambiance, while cozy, is criticized for being too dark. Despite the occasional service hiccups, the personalized attention from staff members like Taylor and Cassandra helps salvage the experience, making it a mixed bag of culinary satisfaction and operational challenges.

Waitress was fantastic! Breakfast menu has changed and I did not like the sausage. It's not real sausage.
The food at this restaurant is quite tasty, but the atmosphere is overly dim. Many patrons find themselves moving to different tables in search of better lighting. The biggest concern, however, is the slow kitchen service. It appears they focus more on takeout orders than on those dining in, leading to lengthy wait times of 40 minutes or more for meals. This is inconsiderate to the dine-in customers' time.
When we finally placed our order, we weren't told that the salads cost an additional $2.99 each. The meal was disappointing, featuring only a small portion of meat and totaling $21. Additionally, there were birthday items on our bill that didn't belong to us, which I didn’t notice until after we had left. I have contacted the corporate office, but have yet to receive a response.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant; the food, the service, everything was absolutely excellent.
I used to really enjoy Cracker Barrel, but lately, like many large chain restaurants, both the food quality and service have declined, while prices keep rising. My son ordered the chicken fried steak with gravy, but the gravy tasted like plain flour—bland and cold, turning into a gelatin-like texture. I could say more... I do love browsing the store and all the interesting items, but when it comes to the food and overall experience, it's just not impressive anymore.

This restaurant offers a delightful brunch experience with prices ranging from $50 to $100 per person. The food is rated 5 out of 5, while the service and atmosphere both receive a 4 out of 5. One highly recommended dish is the Fried Apples.
I always enjoy my visits to Cracker Barrel. I recently celebrated my birthday with a fantastic breakfast there. The food was outstanding, and the portions were generous. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming. I highly recommend the Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, and Hash Brown Casserole. Overall, I rate this restaurant a 5-star for both its food and service.
The restaurant provides outstanding food and service. We had dinner there, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. The food, service, and ambiance all earned a perfect score of 5.

I ate dinner here with my wife and parents on a Sunday evening. We were seated within a minute or two of arriving at the host desk. My wife and I split the Southern Chicken meal. With 4 pieces of chicken, it was a great meal to share and it only cost around $10. Make sure to check out the nice salt pepper shakers in the store! We have bought a majority of ours from Cracker Barrel’s.
I had a great breakfast. And I bought some stuff in the country store. I'm happy
Much better than last time we visited. I got the potroast and it was more food than I could eat. My son got the Cracker Barrel burger and loved it.
The food at this restaurant is not only delicious but also comforting. However, what really makes it stand out for me is the staff. Taylor, in particular, is always attentive to my take-out orders, ensuring that everything is perfect. This personalized service creates a charming small-town atmosphere that is truly delightful.
The restaurant consistently serves delicious meals and offers a wide variety of options. The cozy, homey atmosphere adds to the experience, and it's nice to browse the store while waiting for a table.

I gave 4 stars due to the fact that we were seated at a table where no waitress was assigned. Sat there for a good 15 minutes before we finally stopped and asked a waitress that was walking by if she knew who was assigned the table. She said she wasn'tsure but she did take care of us. Later asked the waitress if the table was hers. She stated no so that went a long way to usand for her to take care of us even though it wasn't her table. For that very grateful for her as it was already a rough day.Waitress was obviously absolutely amazing, food was great as usual. Thank you again to the kind waitress which now I wish I gother name.
Always an amazing experience. Love me some Breakfast at cracker barrel
**Update on 10/27/22:** After reflecting on my previous review, Cracker Barrel reached out to me with a nice letter and a coupon for a complimentary meal. I plan to return. I've dined at this location before, and the food has typically been much better. On 10/9, however, I ordered takeout, and the results were disappointing. The picture I took really captures it all: the greens were dried out, the biscuits were burnt on top, the meatloaf was dry, and the mashed potatoes were so hard and dry that my fork could stand upright in them. The only redeeming item was the apples, which were good.
I placed an order through a delivery service and had a previous issue, so I reached out to the restaurant and spoke to the manager, Cody. My order was accurate, and the Chicken Fried Chicken I ordered was incredibly fresh and juicy, along with all the sides being fresh and delicious. It would be really beneficial if your restaurant could include a comments or special instructions box in the delivery app for additional information when placing an order. I called the location after I placed my order because one of the sides wasn’t listed as an option on the app. Having this feature on the delivery app would help reduce the need for such calls in the future.
If you visited this location during the pandemic and decided it wasn't worth it, now is a great time to return. The food quality remains excellent, and the staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean, just like before. While they are still a bit understaffed, they are managing very well. If you go during peak hours, expect a longer wait, but time will fly by as you relax in the rocking chairs or browse through the store. We went on a Saturday around noon and were initially told there would be a 30-minute wait, but it turned out to be only 20 minutes. When we entered, we noticed many open tables. I appreciate that they are mindful of their staff's capacity and are only seating according to how many team members are available. New additions include alcohol on the menu and the option to pay at your table through the app.

The wait for our food was quite long, and the server thanked us for our patience. Unfortunately, the shrimp, which used to be delectable and perfectly cooked, was hard and cold. The fries were in a similar state. The menu mentioned hush puppies, but we were served some peculiar fried okra instead. My husband’s fish didn’t resemble the picture in the menu and lacked flavor. The fried apples tasted cold, although I only sampled them at the end of our meal. On a positive note, the biscuits were hot and enjoyable. When we went to pay, the cashier inquired if everything was alright. I brought up my concerns about the shrimp, and she simply offered an apology. Interestingly, she didn’t ask us if we were rewards members like she did with the customers behind us. We had to request a bag for our leftovers, and as we were leaving, we overheard her asking the other customers about their experience. Our food seemed to have been delayed and served at different times, which might explain why it was cold and hard. I took the leftovers home, hoping to revive them in the air fryer.
Our group of 12 had an excellent dining experience, largely due to our waiter, Jason. He was friendly and attentive, ensuring that we enjoyed our time there. We couldn't have asked for a better server.
We had an incredible experience at Cracker Barrel on Thanksgiving Day! When our initial plans fell through at the last minute, we found out they were open and decided to give it a shot. Although we were a bit apprehensive at first, we were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service we received. Our waitress, Afton, was exceptional—she wore a smile throughout the evening and was both friendly and accommodating. She offered us excellent recommendations and served us promptly. The rest of the restaurant staff was just as impressive. Even though the place was packed, the entire team worked together seamlessly and appeared genuinely happy to assist the guests. The food was delicious too. Thank you, Cracker Barrel, for a memorable Thanksgiving meal! Our children also really enjoyed dining out.
