Branded Burger - Midlothian

Excellent quality and taste, very friendly staff and cool decor. They are for about $10 per person for a burger, pommes or onion rings and a drink. Very reasonable pricing for quality in my opinion!

I'm in town visiting from Longview and got the Hollywood burger to go and it was awesome highly recommend it and look forward to eating here again great food!

This place has become one of my favorite spots to get a quality castle. From staff to food, this place is the place for lunch or dinner (I do not have judges. If you eat, the service may appear slow, but that is because all burgers are made to order. The main room is where you order the food and can observe how the burgers are cooked on the grill. You also have a back room that has few projectors along with a bar for drinks. The burger I usually get is called Hollywoodburger. The burger comes with pepper jack cheese, grilled jalapeños, grilled onions and of course some crispy bacon (yummm). The meat is seasoned with a good balance of salt and pepper and the taste does not overwhelm the whole taste. When it comes out, the bungalow is branded with its company logo, i.e. the name. The frits come fresh and crispy with some spice salt that gives them a good taste. The part is good for a person and if you are not so hungry, you may still have some left. Overall, I recommend the location for anyone coming from Midlothian for lunch or dinner. You will soon find it to be one of your favorite Burger joints as well. Nathan D.
