The restaurant was busy, but it didn't take long for our food to arrive after ordering online through the app. Food tasted great and filled us up. We used to come to Nando's all the time, but hadn't been for while. Looking forward to another visit again soon. Staff were friendly too.

After 30 minutes, I had to approach the man and ask about our food, which had been sitting out for at least 10 minutes. His excuse was that they were busy. The food was lukewarm and decent, but we won't be returning. If they are short-staffed, they should hire more. If they can't handle the kitchen, they shouldn't take orders. At the very least, give customers the option of waiting 45 minutes for their food or going elsewhere where they will be welcomed. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
