What User doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
carside delivery service is an absolute sweat at this place. twei I ordered the carside delivery and sat in my car for 20 minutes after check in and then had to go into the load to get my food because nobody working there checked whether they wait for the carside delivery. a venerable service. The best! we love this pizza place. very fast delivery and the drivers are all very friendly and accommodating when they arrive with our order! the pizza cooker also cooks the best pizza!
I ordered pizza from dominos talk with a person kayla and she recommended me a few weeks ago the lava cake for dessert and it was amazing and I will be back.
I order from Domino's quite often. I used to really enjoy their pizza but now their food is terrible! The last 4 times I've ordered their pizza it was burnt, very little toppings on and I ordered extra cheese and got very little cheese. They don't cook the chicken it was pink when I got it. I got very sick after eating there. I wont buy pizza from Domino's anymore I'll find another place that focuses on quality and their customers.
I used to only order from a different pizza place in Midland, but after trying the pan pizza from Domino's, I have to say it's fantastic! I definitely won't be going back to the other place anytime soon.
I am usually very diligent about wearing masks, especially since the start of COVID-19. However, during a recent visit to Dominos Midland, I encountered a staff member who rudely berated and lectured me for not wearing a mask at the beach. I had just returned from the beach and stopped by to pick up pizza, realizing I had left my mask in my car. I apologized and explained that I usually carry extras in my purse, but had left them behind for my trip to the beach. I politely asked if they had an extra mask I could wear. Instead of politely explaining the rule, the staff member began yelling at me, insisting that I should have worn a mask at the beach because it is a public place. I tried to explain that masks are not required outdoors, but he continued to shout at me. I would have understood if he had politely refused to serve me until I found a mask, but his aggressive behavior was unnecessary and disrespectful.
