The staff are extremely accommodating and will go out of their way to ensure that customers feel safe in their vegan food selection. They are happy to review vegan options with guests and address any questions or concerns, such as offering fresh vegan veggie burgers, tongs for handling food, fries, changing gloves as needed for allergies or personal preferences, and cooking items in separate fryers. What Rodel Bugarin doesn't like about Harvey's:
We arrived at the restaurant at 8:20 pm, but the manager closed all the doors when they saw us. They were supposed to be open until 8:30 for dining, but the manager didn't allow us to dine in. Despite arriving in a large sprinter van with a trailer, she forced us to go through the drive-through. In the drive-through, they forgot half of our order. It seems like they are not very interested in running their business. View all feedback.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely accommodating and will go out of their way to ensure you feel confident in your vegan food choices. They are willing to read ingredient lists, make fresh cooked veggie burgers, onion rings, and fries, and change gloves if necessary. They even cook deep fried pickles separately to avoid contamination. This restaurant is recommended for a quick meal that costs around $11, with vegetarian and vegan options available in road-side specials and coupons.

This restaurant in the midlands is the worst. They need to hire a new manager, otherwise Harvey's will soon be closing permanently.
The overall experience at the restaurant was mediocre. My chicken was slightly burnt in some parts, but the rest of the meal was okay. However, I was put off by my boyfriend peeling off a thick layer of fat from his chicken, which was unappetizing. (See picture for clarification). We were disappointed with the food quality considering we paid $65 for our meals. On a positive note, the fries were good.
