What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
Customers without service. I had lunch. The manager said I was with you. I've never been there for six minutes. Every table was dirty. No service dirty place had to go. View all feedback.
If I could give a negative 10 i. Food takes forever and the service is the worst. People there are rude. I would suggest on the whataburger on andrews highway.

I ordered two sandwiches. Bob sausage and sausage egg and cheese biscuit. It was for an employee and when I got to the location with his food neither sandwich had sausage in it. It was too late to go all the way back so I tried calling the store to get a hold of the manager. I called 14 times in a row and no one answered. There’s also no way to leave a message. On my 15th call it went straight to busy tone as if somebody took the phone off the hook. I ended up having to call their corporate offices for the issue to be addressed. I wasn’t even upset. They messed up the order. I was more upset that there’s no possible way to get feedback on if they mess up because you can’t get a hold of anybody you can’t get a hold of the manager and you can’t leave a message. I should’ve known better than to go to the Midkiff location. They are notorious for bad service. I should’ve went to the one on Andrews Highway. It’s the best one in town. Just a warning to steer clear from this location. I will say that Whataburger’s breakfast is better than any ones and I will continue to patronize their business. Just probably not this location.
By far the worst whataburger ever eaten at. Stood at counter more than ten minutes watching employees walking around talking on cell phones, to other employees even a manager walked to front saw me and walked away. To be honest the health department needs to pay this location a visit drinking in food service areas, talking on phones not washing hands or changing gloves, touching their masks and resume cooking, flies everywhere in dining area. So to some up will not be coming back here and you are concerned for your health skip this location.
Their food is OK but special requests seem to be beyond them. No tomatoes? You're gonna get'em anyway. No pickles? Yes, whether you want'em or not you will get them. Hope you like dry sandwiches cause I guess their bottom line absolutely depends on skimping with the sauce. Can you guess by now what you get if you ask for extra sauce? Yep. Not gonna get it. They say yes to all your requests they just don't then follow through and do them. True in Midland and Odessa locations.
