Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Midland

I absolutely love the tropical smoothies at this restaurant, as well as the Baja bowl. I hope they bring it back soon! However, I have noticed that sometimes the drive-thru staff forget to give me a straw for my smoothie, and a few times they have forgotten my side. I understand that mistakes happen. I also wonder if they are really using Splenda in my drink since they do not write it on the cup. I have had experiences in the past where my orders have been corrected when I asked, so I hope they are being honest about the ingredients. I appreciate that they usually write the details on the cup, but recently they have not been doing so. I go to this location about twice a week, and I have noticed that the two young employees who work there are very friendly and welcoming. However, there are some employees who do not seem as pleasant when I thank them for my meal. Overall, I enjoy the food and the atmosphere of this restaurant.
