This is by far the best chicken quesadilla with no sauce I've ever eaten. It's nice and crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside oh my goodness it's delicious. Thanks guys whoever made it you deserve an award. Lol View all feedback.
What Ken Adams doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Terrible, terrible experience. Seemed like the whole restaurant was ran by teens, no adult or manager in sight. I ordered two supreme tacos and a supreme nacho order for $8. I got to the window the first time and they only gave me three reg tacos, I told them the order wasn?t correct, they took the bag and the receipt, and still just gave me back 3 supreme tacos, and no nachos. I had to drive around for the second ti... View all feedback.
First time in the new store. Very nice and clean. Order taken promptly and received in the same manner. Love all the covered outdoor seating and eating setup.
Please explain to me why this drive through line is so slow? It should not take each individual car 4 to 5 minutes to order. I?ve never driven through here where it wasn?t like this.
--- I visited Taco Bell at around 11:30 PM and had a frustrating experience. It seems like the food was premade over 20 minutes before serving. As someone who also works in late-night fast food, I know that the drive time doesn’t matter if the food is inedible. However, on May 30th, I returned late at night again. I noticed two staff members outside, and they walked in just as I was pulling up. I ordered a Mex Pizza meal, and to my surprise, it was the best Taco Bell meal I've had in ages. Everything was perfectly fresh! A big thank you to those two late-night workers for restoring my faith in Taco Bell.
The service here is consistently quick and friendly. The food is usually hot, and they always get my special requests correct! However, the downside to this Taco Bell is the parking lot exit. It only allows for one way in and out, and if you turn right when leaving, you'll hit a dead end. This means you have to turn left out of the parking lot, and then you're forced to turn right (towards Macon) onto the main road. If you’re trying to head left towards Columbus, which I assume most customers are, you’ll need to turn right, drive a bit further, and make a U-turn. It’s definitely inconvenient, and it has discouraged me from choosing this location more than once.
I had to circle back around to request the nachos, but since the staff at the window had taken my receipt, they seemed confused when I asked for them. After about 20 minutes, I finally received my nachos. The team really needs better training and possibly new staff as well.
