Starbucks - Midland

I love to get drinks at Starbucks, but always get drinks for myself. without coffee because I have issues drinking it. Please, for the love God, stop making my creme frappuccinos with coffee. (This is not just a problem at this Starbucks but at all the Starbucks I've been to.

WORST EVER!!!!!! The girl that took my order was more worried about someone else who came in showing pics of her kid, had to redo my order because she wasnt paying attention and didnt get it right, AFTER SITTING THERE FOR 20 mins for a VANILLA LATTE AND A MUFFIN, my coffee was wrong. They didnt even get my name right because they were more worried about who was in the store at the time.

She really did it?I asked for a blonde roast pour over and she offered a blonde roast americano?she gave me the americano anyways like I can?t taste the espresso. Maybe that?s why she didn?t label the drink? Are americanos easier to make? I know pour overs take longer but the line of cars had me waiting 15 minutes anyways. I feel like some little teenage chump just got one over on me.

To the girl with the bad highlights who took our order in drive through. She was being very rude and gave attitude when we asked if she was sure that an extra item was in the drink. VERY unprofessional! Proceeds to roll her eyes when talking to my mom next to me. Tuesday august 2nd at 2pm Please talk to her or train her again about customer service lol????

Ordered my usual grande brown sugar shaken espresso and the barista only filled the cup up 3/4 of the way, I nicely asked if they could top it off with some cold brew and 2 baristas sternly informed me that they would have to charge me, I feel like for $6.50, you should get a full cup.
