Absolutely little hole in the wall space that should not be overlooked. The food is incredible, authentic and tasteful with large portions. The owners and employees are friendly and attentive, fast and eager to get you your food. The location is on a road that is easily accessible and never packed or busy. What User doesn't like about Little Hunan:
I went to the restaurant for the first time on Friday... I ordered Egg Drop and Wonton soups, and fried rice... The soup was the worse I have ever had, Egg Drop was dark brown not the normal clear or yellowish it was also so salty it was uneatable, after 2 spoonfuls I trashed it. the Wonton were 2 huge dumplings that were mushy and the stuffing had no flavor. The pork fried rice was moist and well cooked but it had a... View all feedback.
My new favorite Asian joint found. So the presentation is not great and the building itself is old and down. That's for the negative. The woman who leads the place is a joy, sweet and always run everywhere trying to take care of a thousand people at once. The food is just top-notch. Best Sesame Chicken I had in years, easy the best in this area. The rice is good, egg rolls are light and fresh. dumplings are different, but tasty and the egg drops and hot and acid soup are amazing. The house lo my noodle was not great, but not bad, only average. The drinks come in bottles, so it goes on. Just give him a shot. I'll be back to try everything on the menu.
This is undoubtedly one of – if not the best – Chinese restaurants in Midland. However, it comes with a fierce price and its online menu is not up to date. I ordered for my family and expected a $50 ticket, somehow at $100 when we picked up the food. All that $8.95 on her menu is now $15-20.
This place is a really great place to eat. It was my first time, my husband and I dived. The lady at the switch was super sweet and busy. It was a really hot day and the inside was hot. The lady saw me start with a menu and turned on a portable fan. It helped to cool it in much. I have an egg drop soup, best in the city I've eaten so far. The same applies to their crispy egg rolls. I have the deluxe lot that was good, but not the best. Hubby got Seasime Chicken it was excellent and the fried rice that came with it was tasteful. Will definitely go back
Absolutely incredible little hole in the wall place that should not be overlooked. The food is incredible, authentic, and flavorful with large portions. The owners and staff are kind and attentive, quick and eager to get you your food. The location is on a road that is easily accessible and never packed or busy. There's so many options to choose from and made hot and fresh to order. I've always had issues with bugs in food, rude staff, and difficult accessibility at restaurants in the Midland/Odessa area. I'm happy to report this was never an issue with this restaurant. If you're in the area and craving flavor rich food with a home cooked feel I highly recommend stopping by for a quick comforting bite to eat.
Very delicious, awesome service very nice. Will definitely be a regular.
