Earlier today, I was doordashing and picked up an order from this location. It smelled amazing and after my shift, I called to place an order for myself. Upon arrival, there were some mix-ups with the order and they had to remake it. I was slightly disappointed because I was starving and had already waited 15 minutes since I'd called. Worse. he waited about 6 minutes for a worker to even see my direction. No one came to the counter. after the work, I just wanted a quick dinner. waited for a crazy broth and hot n ready and they were hard and evil. could not even bite into them. do not advertise fresh food as “hot n ready” and then sell old pizza. it was a few hours old. digornio next time View all feedback.
Asked for a few things of nacho cheese cups waited 15 minutes for pizza didn't have the few cheese cups. Waited another 5 minutes for the nacho cheese cups and they came back with ONE nacho cheese cup. Then when we got the pizza everything was falling apart. Not even the dough stuck togetherFood: 3/5
If you like a Terribly made food and Horrible service look no further! Placed my order 15 min before i got out of work so it would be ready by the time I headed home. Showed up 25 minutes after order food wasn't even made or started and it wasn't busy! Proceeded to wait for my order! Got home and what do ya know the pizza was doughy AF same with the bread sticks! Inside was clown show with some d dumbs working!
I asked the general nicely if he had washed his hands before making my order as I had little ones eating it, very rude blew me off gave me attitude saying well I always wash my hands....in any food related company it is STATE law to wear gloves and wash hands before handling any kind of food. This place is utterly rude.
This might just be the worst pizza place ever, not just among Little Caesars franchises but in all of America. If you like wasting your money and still feeling hungry afterwards, then this is the place for you. I have ordered from this restaurant three times now, and each time I have had to ask for a remake. The pizzas were not cut, missing cheese or sauce, or undercooked. I have been completely disappointed and unsatisfied with this location, especially considering it is the only pizza place nearby Northwood.
I have experienced numerous problems at this restaurant with receiving undercooked food, and it is becoming frustrating. Additionally, the customer service is lacking, especially when it comes to answering phone calls. I tried calling four times with no response. After waiting for an hour, there was still no answer.
