Cottage Inn Pizza Midland

The manager with the beard working earlier today, 12/29, is top notch. Knew exactly what I was looking for with a special order. Even after a slight miscommunication with staff, he went above and beyond. I will return to this location specifically because of his demeanor and professionalism.

Great place for take out Pizza. Love the cream cheese dip and deep dish pizza.

If you order through the app it says that don't accept online orders, but you can order on their website. Once you order it will say 30 minutes till your food is ready. If you show up at the expected time the staff will tell you they are working on it. 10 minutes later they'll ask you again and tell you it's in the oven, 10 minutes after that, you will finally get your food. This has happened every time I order from here, whether its 8 pm on Tues or 5 on Friday.

Best Grinder I ever had. Got the Club. Ordered a Thin Crust cheese pizza last week. It was delicious as well. Very happy as of late! Can't wait to order something else. Maybe Lasagna, next time .

Pizza isn't bad. It's an easy go to. Overall we like cottage inn. We've had some consistently issues with this location, so we have ordered less frequently than we have in the past. The management is usually quick to respond to issues.
