Chicken Express - Midland

My grandparents love this place. We probably buy them this a couple times a week. (Don’t judge just live life) food is always hot, because the amount of Legs we order always require them to drop down fresh ones.

This is the best Chicken Express in the Midland/Odessa area. The foodnis always made fresh to order or pretty close to it. We have to let it cool down to even start eating. The service is good and building is relatively new but they have done a good job keeping it clean.

This particular Chicken Express is THE BEST! The employees are always so friendly, the service is always great and the food is always fresh and hot!

We are new to the area and this was our first time trying out a Chicken Express in Midland. We love Chicken Express usually, it's one of our favorite fast food chains. This was possibly the worst experience I've had at any chicken place ever. The chicken was not bad but that was it. The gravy was straight water. It was diluted in taste and consistency. The fries were extremely soggy. The okra was flavorless. The biscuits managed to be burned and so old tasting they were spongy. The service was not slow at all and they weren't rude but they were very short and unpersonable and it was like they couldn't get rid of us fast enough. I never leave bad reviews and it makes me sad to leave this one. Maybe the employees were having a bad day or someone was new, I don't know but it was not good at all. We will try the other location before writing it off but I'm not sure we will go back to this one.
