We arrived at the restaurant during business hours on a weekday while there was still daylight. It was a busy place. I ordered a box of 16 piece tenders, but the employee told me they did not have that many. I decided to order something else and said goodbye.
The customer received a large order of fries for $5.49 but found that they were given an insufficient amount for the price paid. The customer also experienced poor customer service at the drive-through and felt that they deserved a refund or more fries in order to make up for the subpar service received.
