Best delivery ever. Salads are always green. No brown salad

Yikes! Absolutely worst pizza experience. I lived on the island for nine years and tried almost everything. I ordered the delivery. The pizza came late, lukewarm, greasy and without sides. After a call the pages arrived 1/2 hour later, pizza was ice cold. Customer service skills not available. Your answer to the problem was to hang up the phone. There are many pizza spots in Newport and Middletown Portsmouth going to ANY from them before you order from Aquidneck Pizza. If you like pizza and prefer good customer service, this is not the pizza place for you

This is some of the best pizza I ever had. Crust was perfect. Sauce to cheese ratio was great. Service was quick. I’m glad I stumbled on this place.

Ordered a pizza. I live 2 minutes from store. 40 minutes after It was out for delivery I call for an update. After being put on hold for 7 minutes he picks up and tells me, he has no idea where the driver is and he doesn't have his number?? Driver calls me 20 minutes later and says he gave it to some random person on the street. Impressive levels os incompetency involved here. Adult supervision maybe be required.

Almost all of my experiences I've had with delivery pizza from this location have been outstanding. Genuinely nice polite and kind owners/family.That said. I was more than a little disappointed with my pickup pizza tonight. Crust was a virtual pita bread and had pepperoni added despite requests for no meat besides chicken. Everyone can have a bad day so I will consider this an anomaly. Probably wasn't the best day to make these mistake as I was already committed to this review and photographed the store while waiting. I'm hopeful this was a one-off bad day and will be especially disappointed if the trend continues. Vegetarian options: Be cautious there's no meat applied Dietary restrictions: Double check Parking: Plenty Kid-friendliness: Family friendly but not an overly large sit down area
