Pickles-a Deli - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Pickles-a Deli:
I never write reviews, but this is worthy. This is the second time? ve tried to go here at the lunch break at work. The young lady behind the counter was constantly rude! The sandwich was cold, and she maintained that we didn't ask for a soup when I heard the whole phone call. She's either lying or having a hearing problem. Had to wait to get my order called and sat there. The staff was talking to each other. Can give them no less than 4 stars because the food was fantastic. My wife had Clam Chowder and the roast beef on a croissant. She ate the Chowder and a bite of the sandwich and had to save the rest. I had the Italian grinding machine.
