Mizu Japanese Steak House - Middletown

Overall my evening spent at Mizu was pretty decent. They offer habachi as well as dinner (sushi, miso soup etc. It is a very large restaurant. The servers were fairly helpful and attentive. But it was very loud because of the habachi side, and didn’t spend to much time “dining” but rather hearing people yell with excitement. It could be fun, if thats what you are going for but there is not much elegance/peace to this restaurant. The sushi was good, though i had a shrimp shell which didn’t both me but still. Miso soup was tasty but small, yet since it’s a side i can understand that. I have to say, the salad was incredible! Not going to lie, probably the best salad dressing i’ve ever had. I also ordered a pina colada but couldn’t drink much because it wasn’t blended well. I’m being critical only to inform others of my experience! It was good however, price is right, i’d go again.

The second time to come here and the food is on the spot! They have high-quality dishes and delicious sushi. I have the Bento box this time and it came to enjoy with lots of food. Really good shrimp empura. But you need more workers to help with the evening rush. Other than that, definitely satisfied after coming here.

Had my first taste of Sake and I must say it was wonderful! Sushi was fresh and well presented. Staff attentive and welcomed me. Very recommended:

Sushi Lunch was great, not many places has white tuna and this place does, just melt in the mouth! Not expensive.

The restaurant is clean and the service was fast. The food was delicious. I had the gyoza and Thai Spicy Roll. I'll be back!
