I ordered a BLT with cheese today and they forgot to put my cheese on my sandwich. Not a big deal, but the cashier Theresa who cashed me out was so apologetic and sweet that she went and got her manager Rachel who just went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied! What Jesse Case doesn't like about Larosa's Pizza Middletown:
I dont normally give low star reviews unless it's bad. Saturday night June 1st, watching the UFC fights. 9:50 we decide to get pizza. First thought was Cousin Vinny. It's the same distance from us as Larosas. I prefer Larosas so we ordered from here. Google said they closed at 11. We placed our order right at 10pm with a due delivery time of 11:01pm. HYGIENE HYGIENE HYGIENE!!!!! I understand that it is hot outside but my server smelt very soupy and it caught my nose several times ? If extra shirts are available in the office one should have been offered to her.
We have ordered from Larosa’s for years and they have always had a great service tonight a part of our order was forgotten and they were super nice and offered to bring the missing item back out and once they arrived gave us 2 orders to make up for it. Shout out to you guys for always being super nice !
Some of the better spaghetti and meatballs that I've had the pleasure to enjoy.. the wait staff was a wonderful young woman who was in the motherly way and still wonderful ?? Sweet tea what's maybe a 4 on a scale of 10..
Pizzas were absolutely delicious, although the hand tossed one looked a bit sloppy
Surprisingly great food, wonderful service and good views. Parking: Easy access.
