We were seated at table18 the four of us, and that was the end of that,,,, there were 3 other couples and families seated and served. Having once to address the issue formally, was appolgized to and would be there tight away and wait on us. That never happend. I dont know what to say except the reason for the visit was to support Mz Jade in her addressing a ice cream social for the children in lebanon, ohio. I am disappointed however in the service provided by the staff.

Probably should get there early before 6pm for the freshest meal selections. Great food that takes you back to the island ??

Not only does this place serve wonderful varied dishes. They give to the community. When they found out a school was not allowing others to pay for a ice cream social they pitched in and paid for those children who could not pay.

Do NOT eat here. The people who own/run this restaurant are the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever experienced. And a so-called General Manager named Rob obviously doesn 't know the value in treating customers with respect. I had eaten at this restaurant on more than one occasion, and when I questioned this Rob on why my husband and I were waited on after other customers were waited on before us when we were there before them his comment was You don t have to eat here. He is right and I never will ever again. This man surely needs to understand what valuing your customers means and in general what courtesy and professionalism means.
