Del's Lemonade - Middletown

We stopped on our trip to Newport. Very tasty lemonade that quenches a thirst. I wish they had a drive-thru.

Great place. Quick, very friendly, service. I will return. The young lady is doing a great job.

You must love Del's. This place is one of my faves. It is always fast service and has parking. They also take cards. Watermelon taste, no straw is the way to go my opinion, but you cannot go wrong. A certain must when you visit the area as it is a Rhode Island classic.

One of the best lemonades. We stayed there on the way to Cape Cod from Newport. Children and adults loved it. We ordered original and watermelon. Try so well that we bought 2 dozen packages and bring them to California. We shared with our friends and they loved it too. Hope they open business in California (Los Angeles)

I worked there one summer selling Del's from the trucks. The trucks were old, most of them, but well-maintained. I wouldn't rely solely on the parking brakes back then, but we made do. At least the trucks and refrigeration equipment were rinsed and kept clean every day. Employees were allowed to drink Del's all day long as much as we wanted! I was never thirsty selling Del's from the trucks and totally loved it! Cup after cup after cup at the beach? Come on! Tips weren't bad, either!
