First of all when we walked in there were no greetings whatsoever, as well as the table wasn’t clean had to wait for a good 10-15 minutes until someone had finally came to take my order. After that waiting for another 20 mins for my food when it was served the chicken tasted like it’s been sitting there for a whole long time. So when I asked about the chicken and why it tasted bad they had no answer so the waiters took my chicken back and didn’t even give me another one instead. Still had me paying full price for the entire tray including the chicken. They manipulated us with prices until they made the price for rice and salad the same price as the whole meal. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
They never follow directions! I requested a non-spicy ceviche for my children, but what I received was extremely spicy. They consistently disregard instructions!
I have given this place a few tries. The first time we loved it. Maybe cause it was new and they were trying their best. The next times not so great. The services definitely brings them down. They seem to be bothered by you, they are just not friendly or welcoming. The chicken is good, but I feel it is a bit salty at times (it it could be the green sauce). I feel like most of the food is a little salty. Then if you ask for extra green sauce they charge for it. You get 3 sauces for one chicken combo...which is not enough. The one plus of the chicken combo is that it comes with rice, salad (does not come with salad dressing) and French fries which are actually fresh cut potatoes. We have had the arroz chaufa and it was decent. The tallarines verdes (green spaghetti)was good, but Sauce a little watery. I will try them again only because I don’t want to give up on my Peruvians...but if it doesn’t get better then I will have to say no more.
