Domino's Pizza - Middlesex Centre

Ordering a large Hawaiian pizza with a double-cheese and a double-cheese. ready to pick up in 20 minutes. unfortunately, I live 6 km from the load, which is from its delivery area, and so I had to pick it up myself. other pizza shops. send to my address.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas at 4:05 pm. Jake told me they would be ready for pickup at 4:20 pm, but when I arrived, the front end person said it would be another 15 minutes. We returned at 4:35 pm and were told it would take another 10 minutes. We finally received our pizzas at 4:45 pm. The front end person claimed they didn't know anyone named Jake, adding to our frustration. They then had Matt call me at 6:15 pm to address my concerns about the delay. Despite the delay, I must say that the pizzas were excellent. However, I believe that staff training is necessary to improve customer service.

The last couple of times I have ordered from dominos for delivery, I have received amazing food. they always ordered me right. the pizzas always look great. Today I have no doubt that my delivery is done correctly and... well. a back they often use mistakes with my order and the pizzas sometimes looked scary and rushed with not enough hits on it. but recently I was super impressed by dominos, they have improved enormously in the last little time.

I ordered Domino's pizza here once again and they forgot the dipping sauce. It's a small detail, but if I order three pizzas and only receive one dipping sauce, it's a bit frustrating. This has happened 3-4 times now. They need to get the orders right.
