Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant received mixed reviews from customers. Some found the food overpriced and underwhelming, with slow service and unhelpful staff. Others appreciated the friendly and efficient service, delicious food, and cozy atmosphere. Overall, the experience seemed to vary depending on factors such as the server and food choices. Despite some shortcomings, the lobster was particularly highlighted as a standout dish. Each customer had a unique perspective on their dining experience, but it seems that the restaurant has potential with the right combination of service and quality meals.
Exceptional quality of food, but service is not personal and you feel you are at a large hotel and not in a nice atmosphere. Again the quality of the food is good and for a business dinner could make it but not if you are looking for a greater experience.
Delicious food and attentive, courteous service. We had a lovely evening. I recommend this restaurant highly.
Considering the profile of this restaurant, we were somewhat underwhelmed. The menu is reasonably limited but being a 'steak and lobster ' restaurant the food we expected a 'specialist ' level of food and this did fall short. My friend had a fillet and was disappointed at it being more fatty and chewy than expected. Two of us had the surf and turf which we found nice enough...huge plates without being too huge on the food. The young waitress was very sweet although we had to ask for more water for the table and finger bowls...so I felt the service fell slightly short. The restaurant is very sumptious however. There is a screen to log your car registration on the bar of the restaurant....don 't get caught out like we did in paying £6.50 for parking as we were not aware of this before we arrived at the restaurant.
The meal was lovely the starters were ok I would not say amazing and not really value for money. The main course was cooked to perfection and the service by Cristina was wonderful.
We didn’t eat there. We arrived and were shuffled to our table by a somewhat disinterested gentleman who handed us the ‘menu’. It was one sheet of paper with very few choices. I guess the name of the place should have been a giveaway because basically all they had was steak or lobster and little else. We ar We ate at the bar where there was more choice.
