My... read more I visited TSOne last night with my husband, son and his girlfriend. We had a couple of drinks each and because we were having a nice time decided to reorder. My sons girlfriend asked for a glass of wine. As soon as she tasted it she said it was awful. My son and I took went back to the bar to ask for a replacement only to be laughed at and told in no uncertain terms that they wouldn't be replacing the wine. We asked the barman (blond and extremely rude) to taste the wine and he said no. I asked how they can justify not replacing it when she couldn't drink it. He stood there and laughed at us, and then walked away and just began to ignore us. We won't be visiting again. You are treat like rubbish.

Having received an email offering a £1.50 hotdog, me and a group of friends decided we would call in to try one of these hot dogs. all ordered Parmo dogs with c... read more Having received an email offering a £1.50 hotdog, me and a group of friends decided we would call in to try one of these hot dogs. all ordered Parmo dogs with chips. Luckily we knew what we wanted as there was no menu. Trying to order was a bit of a fiasco as The woman at the bar did not seem to know what she was doing. Two of my friends stood with their cards at the bar for quite a while before the woman told them that the card machine was in fact broken in a snappy tone and that they should go to the Sainsburys cash machine. Next, she took the orders and forgot one of my friends drinks as she left to go cook in the kitchen, leaving my friend stood at the bar waiting. The food came pretty quickly however the chips portions were very small for the price of them. However, they were homemade. We asked the same woman for mayonnaise and vinegar and she sighed and said they are over there before, realising that there was actually no mayonnaise there. The woman then took quite a long phone call before actually getting the sauces we had requested. The mayonnaise was lobbed in the pot in a messy fashion. Our meal was tasty however the customer service was very poor, defiantly more staff required.

Had a groupon for 2 pork parmos's and went Saturday the 30th August, service was quick and meal hot but the soft drink of coke was flat, the regulars who freque... read more Had a groupon for 2 pork parmos's and went Saturday the 30th August, service was quick and meal hot but the soft drink of coke was flat, the regulars who frequent the place were a wonder to behold NOT ! the language was disgusting with every other word being a swear word and when some of them were going out for a smoke they would shout back and forwards at each other so you couldn't hear yourself think never mind have a conversation with the other half, the parmo was average at best I would say but the chips were devine, have another voucher which I will be giving away as I have no wish to go back and there are plenty of better places to go with a better ambience.

I visited on Thursday evening to see the Whirling Dervish bands perform. All the bands were impressive, featuring some catchy melodies and energetic rock riffs. Getting into the bar was a breeze, even on a busy night. I highly recommend supporting Teesside's live music scene—you won't be disappointed!

They even put the baked beans in a separate container so they wouldn't touch the rest of my sister's food! We had two parmos (using a Groupon deal) and two drinks, and the food was excellent.

The staff were friendly and the food was served quickly. We used a Groupon voucher as our reason for coming, but we would definitely return regardless. The drinks were cheap, making it an ideal spot for a meal before a match. The Parmo dish was particularly delicious, despite being made with pork, and the homemade chips were just the right size.

The beef fell apart in the... read more We called in for a quick lunchtime drink and decided to have a sandwich. We ordered a hot beef baguette which was huge and gorgeous. The beef fell apart in the toasted baguette and the gravy was delicious. Lovely staff we will be back again for food.
