Having given them a couple of chances, my order is usually a parmo with less bechamel, the first two I put down as me not being clear enough and having ordered... read more Having given them a couple of chances, my order is usually a parmo with less bechamel, the first two I put down as me not being clear enough and having ordered today I have come to the conclusion they just don't listen as I made it absolutely clear very little bechamel, I would of just let it go and moved on but having called them to give feedback I was passed to a few different people and then just hung up on, so customer service is lacking as well as the ability to take instruction, the owners need to look at this establishment and think about whether the people working there for them are portraying the correct message to their customers.

I decided to order from this restaurant and my m... read more After a long day watching the Queen's funeral, I was feeling a bit hungry and didn't feel like cooking at home. I decided to order from this restaurant and my meal was quickly devoured. It was delicious and hot, although it could have used a few more chips and a small dip to make it perfect. The delivery arrived within an hour, so everything was okay in the end. I would give it 4 stars.
