Mamas Pizza - Middlesbrough

Been going there for years. I love their pizzas. Never had a problem with my order or the service. Their pollo mamonie is excellent. The place is always very busy, so they must be pleasing a lot of customers.

Made an order was told within the hour also the price, over an hour later I phone the reasturant and my order had not been put through when I ask why their communication skills aren't very good the reply was I'm sorry love were really busy. Some sort of joke, never will I ever order again

First Visit had chicken parmo which was ok. Very fresh. Came with Chips and Salad but didn't get many chips with it. Ordered garlic sauce which was quite thin but very nice in taste. Service fine, waited about 10mins

Reasonable prised good food, not very polite Staff, but it wouldn't put me off another visit..... So watch this space .

Had family over from Germany and all decided to get a take out order over £50 worth of food and when all was delivered there was 1 meal missing so 1 person was left without a meal while the others eat when phoned up to complain was told we hadn't ordered it even though the person had read our order back to us over the phone and the order was correct at the time of ordering the service is absolutely shocking and they never get the orders right anymore as they are to busy rushing the orders through so they make more money never again will we go there for a takeaway
